It is a stemmed dart point with a triangular blade and a relatively short, bifurcated stem.  The stem has a deep, center notch.  Montell points are typically fall within the 1.5--4.0 inches length range.

Montell points are common to Texas, with occasional finds in Southern Oklahoma.
