For fee structure, consult the photography pricing sheet and then complete the order and billing sections on the form below. Check off whether this is for educational, publication or personal use. Describe publication details in the comment box. Orders are processed within 3-4 weeks. Both advance payment and signed contract are required before work will begin. New photography will take longer and additional fees will be charged for rush orders.

Image Rights and Online Availability

Gilcrease Museum is mindful of its responsibilities concerning the intellectual property rights of others and strives to protect images of items that are believed to be under copyright, to have content protected under rights of publicity or privacy, or to have other restrictions imposed by contract or policy. Only 6% of the total Gilcrease collections have been imaged and can be found online in thumbnail form. A small number of these items offer larger, expanded views. Digitization efforts are ongoing and new items are placed online regularly.
