Curatorial Remarks

The exhibition mentioned took place from January 2 - March 9, 1917 at the National Gallery in Washington, D. C. The two paintings lent by Moran were Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone and Rocky Mountain Solitude. No further information as to date of the works or dimensions given.
