I am enclosing list of paintings shipped to Budworth & Son Saturday the 13th, also list of bronzes to be sent to them from Boston. There are some duplicates but I will take care of them when I come. With these bronzes added to those that are at the present time in your gallery it should make a fairly nice display. I hope the model of Will Rogers and the RangerFather that are out in some other gallery you will be able to call them in for our show. As I explained to you in a previous letter I have written Mrs. Kelly and when you give her a ring I am sure they will have prepared to let you have the decoration to be hung in this show and I feel it is a good thing to do. Your suggestion of the announcements is up to what you feel would be necessary. This is not an important exhibition and as I remember last year the announcements did not do the Russell exhibition much good so if you wish to have tea in that Gallery I think it would probably do just as much good as sending out a lot of announcements, although as I say you know what is best and I am willing to pay the cost of printing. The cataloggae [sic] are necessary but of course it is impossible for me to get the material to you to give the printer ten days, so you will have to get him to do it just as quickly as he can. I am sending this by air mail which is the best I can do. You can call Budworth regarding the box of bronzes that will come from Boston. They will open them, keep my cases and deliver them to you I am sure. You may be confused as to titles but I will be there soon enough to straighten that out. Mr. Erwin S.
