19 Feby[sic] 1934 Dear Madam I am indebted to my friend Mr Albert W. Harris for your address, because I asked him if he would let me know, if he knew of any of C.M. Russell’s pictures on Sale anywhere –Did your husband send some over to London once to an Exhibition because I believe many years ago I saw some of his originals there, depicting mostly life among the Royal N.W. Mounted Police- If you have any of his pictures left or know someone who has any perhaps if they are for sale you could send me a photograph of them with price- Yrs Truly [signed] H.M.
