Scope and Content Notes

Part of a boot polishing kit, dark handle with tan bristles. Etched on curved side of brush is 'GENUINE EBONY' and 'Interlock'. On the flat side of the brush is etched 'PATENT PENDING' and 'JAPAN' and 'U.M. NO. 24499 REG. I. J. G. PAT. OFF.'
