Portrait; one sided Primary: 0.212- 0.219 mm Secondary: 0.091- 0.094 mm Tertiary:0.295- 0.304 mm All three supports are machine-made. The top support is a sage green in color (original more vibrant green visible on verso). The painting is located on the wire side. The secondary support is a very thin, pigment coated paper; bright purple in color; smooth calendared surface. The tertiary support was originally a light cream color (now darker cream from light damage). It is the thickest of all three paper and the most rigid. The support are staggered so that the bottom margins are always the largest.
