Possibly high lignin content, poor quality paper. Felt side was used for media. Uneven distribution of fibers in transmitted light. The secondary support is a red, machine made paper. The tertiary support is a teal, machine made paper. The Quaternary is the largest sheet and is a poor quality paper. Even distribution of fibers in transmitted light.
