Rainmaker-as people call him, was in his home, near Elgin, Oklahoma, with 14 or more dogs in the yard. A fine artist and Indian dancer. It often rains, people say, when he is at a pow wow and when it does they are apt to tell him, 'Woogie, go home!" in right portrait; Inscribed, "28" in lower left.
