Arundel Town and Castle / Thomas Moran

Curatorial Remarks

Thomas Moran traveled to Great Britain with his brother Edward during the summer of 1862. As Anne Morand noted, although the date inscribed is 1861, the work should be catalogued and dated with the July 1862 sketches.
