Letter from Meigs, at Southwest Point, to John Browder advising that an Indian, Sam Graves, must be restrained from drunken quarrels with white people or be "removed away" by the chiefs. Some whites would take advantage of the Indians and indulge themselves in acts of meanness. Additional troops may be needed. Folder 7
