A letter from Soup Watts in Vian, Cherokee Nation to Captain John Kogan in Fort Smith, Arkansas listing the heads of families not included in the former schedule. It also says that they agree to establish a Depot on "Sallisaw at Richard Benge's directly on the Whiskey Road". Folder 30
