Letter from John Ridge in Running Waters to Chief John Ross in Washington City. Refers to Walker's letter of February 1, 1833 and suggests that Chief Ross return for "council. After we all know, upon consultation in Council, that we can't be a Nation here, I hope we shall establish it somewhere else! Where, the wisdom of the Nation must try to find." (Moulton). Single folded sheet of paper with handwritten text in ink on four pages. Folder 80
