Phillips. Separate sheet dated December 6, 1870 on which George W. Painter, Deputy Registrar, certifies it to be a true copy. Also includes Letters Testamentary issued to Annie B. Ross and William Potter Ross. Six sheets of paper with handwritten text in ink on the recto of each. Folder 1308
