Attorneys were to prosecute claims of Blackdirts Bands of Seminole Indians for loses from forced abandonment of lands east of the Mississippi and services in the Seminole War. The document was signed by 5 Headmen in council at Wewoka in the presence of Poney Burgess. Names of Headmen: Tustamucoche, Fusharche Cochookany, Cher Emarthla, Cho ful war, and Okfuske.
