Affidavit given by Snake Girty, a solicitor, stated that Taylor Price stole a white and black spotted sow that was one year old from Loo-ni. Sow was worth $5.00. The sow was stolen from the Canadian District on or about the 2nd of January 1872. The statement was signed ᎢᎾᏓᏂᎦ and given before J. L. McCorkle. Warrant by J. L. McCorkle for the arrest of Taylor Price to answer for the charge of stealing a spotted sow that belonged to Loo-ni and was worth $5.00. Ruling by the jury foreman on verso stated that Prince was found guilty. Folder 367
