Subpoena for John Q. Hayes to appear in court on the first Monday in July 1873 at 9 o'clock a.m. Hayes was to answer before the district court to the complaint of E. M. Perry who alleged that Hayes was indebted to him $50.00. Hayes had loaned $50.00 to Perry and had a note dated September 30, 1871 that was due September 30, 1872. Subpoena was made in the Canadian District of the Cherokee Nation. Folder 382
