Letter from John Drew in Webbers Falls addressed to sister concerning Suggs' living arrangement and education

Scope and Content Notes

John T. Drew wrote to his sister about her school and how it compared to his school. Drew also informed her that Uncle Grey Scales wants Suggs to come live with him and get a good education. Suggs would learn business habits and on vacation stay in the store. Post script stated that the state contractor, Mr. Stevens, told him to send his letters through the stage driver and the letters would get there quicker. Drew told his sister she could do the same and save postage. He signed the P.S. Johnny Folder 383
