C. J. Hanks reported that the Ross Party was losing ground and that Judge Woodall was anticipated to be reinstated. If Judge Woodall was reinstated McCorkle could return to the nation. Letter also mentioned bribery scandal against Brown and Fields in Markham Claims. Folder 428
