Letter was send from the Office of U. S. Commissioner of the Eastern District of Arkansas located in Muskogee, Indian Territory. The letter was written by H. F. Kincaid, United States Commissioner and U. S. Pension Notary to W. G. Robinson Esq. in Webbers Falls. Letter stated that he was sending a pistol and ammunition with offer to sell others to neighbors. Letter signed Kincaid. Folder 455
