Essay/Description

Letter came from the Treasury Department in Tahlequah, Indian Territory. Wm. West was the Sheriff of the Canadian District of the Cherokee Nation. The letter stated that Liper forwarded per mail a package containing blank forms for quarterly reports to be filled out on.
