Joshua Ross wrote from Muskogee, Indian Territory to J. L. McCorkle in Webbers Falls, Indian Territory. Joshua Ross was the president and aspired for the fair to be the best fair ever. The letter promoted the Muskogee Fair by including a list of cash prizes for races and produce entered. Letter was written on Ross & Seaver, Attorneys at Law letterhead. Folder 554
