Eddie Faye Gates worked to affect the work that Representative Don Ross had initiated to seek reparations for the Tulsa Massacre Survivors. Acknowledging the atrocities of the Race Massacre and a need for reparations was his mission. A scholarship for descendants of the victims was created by his legislation. This location has changed its name. It is now called Post Oak Lodge.
