Curatorial Remarks

This event was the dedication of the John Hope Franklin Boulevard bridges hat stretches the historically all Black Greenwood District journeyed west through the historically all White Brady Heights District, two communities that were once separated by race. John Hope Franklin, along with Tulsa massacre survivor, Mabel B. Little. Dignitaries on hand were State Rep. Don Ross, Dorothy DeWitty, Ed Lacy, Sharon King Davis, and Scott Ellsworth.
