In September of 2000, Mrs. Eddie Faye Gates and Dr. Vivian Clark-Adams were on hand for a Tulsa Race Riot Commission program at the Church of the Restoration, located on North Greenwood. Both Gates and Clark-Adams were commissioner for the state sponsored entity.
