Community Elder Tags: Mildred Evitt-Wilburn is the first daughter of Greenwood businessman Isaac Evitt who was the owner of the Zulu Lounge which was located on Cameron Street between the Greenwood Cultural Center. Mildred is the aunt of Oklahoma State Representative Don Ross. St. Rep. Ross created the law that lead to the establishment of the Oklahoma Commission to Study the Tulsa Race Riot of 1921.
