Jar -- Very large urn of light brown ware, damaged rim, decorated with incised horizontal designs on rim and incised vertical or semi vertical decorations on body

Curatorial Remarks

Military Road Incised (Suhm and Jelks 1962:106,107) jar with everted rim and flattened lip with notching under. Vertical neck with curvilinear incisions bordered by two rows of small vertical incisions and notching at the base of the neck. Elongated body with incised triangular figures with hatching. Flat circular base. 10YR 7/3 Very Pale Brown.
