Small ceramic whistle. Mold formed. The figure is wearing a headdress, earrings, and clothing.

Jaina Island lies off the coast of the Mexican state of Campeche in the Yucatan Peninsula. It is the site of a Mayan necropolis or a large cemetery where ceramic figurines were often interred with the dead.
