Coiled basket bowl with geometric designs / Unidentified

Curatorial Remarks

This basket is not Mescalero Apache or made of yucca. This basket is Coast Salish. It's an embrocated basket with diamond patterns and an oval, flat coiled base. Embrocation is the weaving technique that is tied up looking like stacked bricks.
