Essay/Description
Two fingerwoven garters in purple, green, and red wool in an arrow pattern. These garters are decorated with long fringe and white beading.
Curatorial Remarks
Finger woven garters are worn during the summer straight dances. The garters are worn over the leggings as part of straight dance clothing. Although part of a man's straight dance clothing, men and women can wear them over leggings.
