Essay/Description

Hand woven wool sash in arrow design of red, yellow, green, and purple with double headed border and beaded fringe ending in small tassels.

Curatorial Remarks

This sash is made in the warp-face style of weaving. The beads used on the piece appear to be either a size 8 or a size 10.
