Gourd rattle with beaded wooden handle / Unknown

Curatorial Remarks

Gourd peyote rattle. The hair on top of the gourd is dyed red and has small feather around it. The beadwork is peyote stitch. The beadwork design on this rattle is uniform from top to bottom. This also indicates that the rattle is all one piece.
