Essay/Description

Feathers dyed gold, red, and purple, inserted and sewn in leather band, fringed at one end, the other end has four leather strings of various sizes out of center of leather band. some feathers are pointed, others rounded, some are soft and almost like down, ends of feathers bend and hand sewn in place. This group of feathers is tied to the staff.
