Pheasant feathers that have been dyed, 12 are dyed red, and 3 are dyed blue. Two eagle feathers cut in saw tooth design. One is natural color with red top and dyed blue feather on each side of base, base beaded with zig-zag design of cut and uncut beads. Other feather dyed red with red plume, parrot green feather at base on front side. base beaded with zig-zag design. All feathers have leather shaft, bound at base and beaded to hold all together. Beads are in three shades of blue, red, white, pink, and black. Only eagle feathers have beaded shafts.
