Essay/Description

Women’s beaded leather moccasins. White beaded background on perimeter and vamp. Small lane of blue beading on perimeter, red beaded geometric design on vamp. Red and white beading along top of cuff. All beading done with lazy stich.

Curatorial Remarks

Italian or Czech red, very fine, faceted beads used in a lazy stitch style. Red beads, commercial leather. Moccasins made in the Cheyenne style.
