Woman's beaded leather moccasins / Unknown

Essay/Description

Women's beaded leather moccasins. The vamp of shoe features a round camp circle design. Bands of beadwork around perimeter, cuff, and across the instep. Cuff has a split "V" design. Beadwork done with lazy stitch and spot stitch.

Curatorial Remarks

The circular rosette design on the vamp is indicative of a woman's moccasin. The hard soles of the moccasins have some wear with a lite foot impression.
