Leather pipe bag with beaded top and panel, quilled panel, and leather tassels. The top section has a tassel that is fully quilled and ends with metal cones holding dyed green feathers. Panel is beaded in geometric patterns using a lazy stitch. Quilled panel also feature geometric patterns.
