Essay/Description
Owned by Harding Big Bow (Kiowa). A rectangular navy handkerchief covered uniformly with a grid of small diamonds (gray, red, and olive). Machine sewn rolled hem on all four sides. Used to protect the brass box 69.155, chief peyote 82.186, and silver dollar 65.68, all of which were tied inside.
Curatorial Remarks
Used to wrap up peyote buttons box stored in a silver tea cup.
