Essay/Description

Cape in a mid-late 20th century style to be worn with patchwork skirt. Machine sewn of commercial materials with metallic gold lurex V-neck yoke with rickrack, followed by panel of red lace with gold metallic thread, then electric blue lurex panel with rickrack, edged by bottom ruffle of red lace.
