Everything is bound to come straight for you in the end. I am going to ask a great favor. Will you get an accurate copy (I don’t mean the pictures but every word) of all of Charlie’s letters that Sid Willis has? They are open to the public and I’m sure he would not object to your copying them. Do not tell him that I want them. It might put the jinx on it. Then, would it be possible for you to go to the Elk’s club and get any copy of Charlie’s letters that are there? I will explain to you why I want them when I see you and I don’t know who to write to who could get the copies for me but you. I’m not going to do anything with them that they can possibly object to.
