June 5, 1929. Mrs. Vesta O. Robbins, Belt, Mont. Dear Mrs. Robbins: Your letter of May 31st received, and I thank you for it. Gee, I am glad to feel people like you have the swinging of this wonderful thing because it can be so mar- velous and represent the whole West and still be embodied in Charlie. I wrote to Mr. Willis, giving him a little outline of what I felt. I hope he let you see my letter. I won’t repeat it to you. I will be in Great Falls this summer as I had a letter saying that they thought they would have the cases in the studio ready to have the curios placed and, of course, that is the job for Joe de Yong and me. Jack is home and we will be leaving for the Lake about the 18th of June, so should be established at Belton, Montana, around the 25th. I certainly want to see you and anyone else who is interested in this Monument and if any of my work in the past twenty-five years has given me the privilege of knowing ways and means to help you accomplish this thing, I am happy. Very sincerely, NCR:ED
