[handwritten] Aug 19, 1928 Mr. J. W. Church, Great Falls, Montana. Dear Jerry, I received your letter enclosing the check, the refund on the insurance policies, on the Fourth Avenue property. Also your letter of August 15th, enclosing copy of Charlie’s will. Mr. Charlie Wagner came over to see me today and tells me they have started to move the old white house that is next to the studio. I amso [sic] glad they are getting that away as it was a real hazard. I am just sick over a letter I had from Sid Willis in which he again refuses to allow me to use any of the letters that he has of Charlie’s. I don’t understand why he changed but there are such a lot of things in this world that we are not supposed to understand I guess. I am looking forward to the Trigg visit next week. Sincerely, Apgar, Montana. August 19, 1928.
