These Alleghany Mountains are very lovely and in a month from now will be filled with blooming [2] laurel and rhodedrons[sic]. Wish you and Jack were here to ride with us – It’s really lonely. We think of you often – and speak of you many times. Seltzer came out ^to^ the house once about a month ago to see Malc’s collection and we enjoyed meeting him and having him talk of Charley. Will you come to the ranch this summer with Jack? We want you very [3] much – please come Our little girl grows so fast and so sweet and is such a comfort to us. She has many cute ways and winds us all around her little finger. This is a poor note, Nancy dear, but just wanted to chat with you and send you our love. It requires no answer.
