November 14, 1931. Mrs. Charles M. Russell, Great Falls, Montana. Dear Mrs. Russell: Recently I had the pleasure of selling the bronze, entitled “Bronco Twister”, and we would appreciate it if you would supply us with another copy. Also, we believe there is one, entitled “War Dancers”, and there has been a party in the Galleries today who showed some interest in the piece. If you have a copy of this available, we would be glad to have it. The man who is interested in this bronze is the same party who purchased earlier this year, “The Medicine Man”. He paid $300.00 for it, but we also find one record which indicates the price of this as $165.00, or $250.00 for a pair. Will you please let us know which is correct; and if the latter, he no doubt has a refund due him. We hope you will be good enough to let us hear from you promptly regarding these different items. With kindest wishes, we are Yours very truly, [signed] G. T. Nelson G.T. Nelson. GTN:BN
