I have your statement dated May 5th and a check for $180.00 dated May 8th in payment of the bronze "Bug Hunters". The selling price is $300.00 less a Museum discount of $30.00 and a 33-1/3% commission of $90.00. The statement is Marked "Out of town exhibition". There seems to be too much commission deducted from one small bronze especially when our agreement is for a 25% commission. I wonder if your book- keeper didn't make an error. Russell to Grand Central Gallery is printed on the reverse side of the page, May 15, 1937, statement from May 5th seems to have deducted too much for commission, make sure it was not a bookkeeper error.
