Miller                                                                              May 31st , 1933- 705 – 2nd  street West                 Calgary Alta, Canada      My Cliant[sic] will pay 4000 cash Canadian funds for the Bronc to breakfast but the would ^the [illegible] leave to see it on ^send an^ approval before closing deal_ the guarantee’s all express charges packing insurance etc_ wire me your desision[sic] _ stop _ If accepted Please ^If agreeable^ express painting to me emedially[sic] as my cliant[sic] leaving for summer _ I will close the deal before I leaving for Montana June 20th  you should have cash in ^your^ hand by July _    wire me                                 [signed]Mrs. C.
