Typed letter from Harry E. Maule to Nancy C. Russell dated May 4, 1928 states that he hope there was a typographical error in the inventory of the last shipment due to the fact that the publishers received only 45 illustrated letters along with 11 miscellaneous items for a total of 56 not just 56 illustrated letters and agrees with her on the deluxe editions.
