Typed letter from Homer E. Britzman to James Rankin dated Jan. 30, 1939, thanks James for the photographs of Mr. Weinard's paintings and that he is interested in purchasing them but is returning the pictures he was negotiating about to Miss Young's dealer in New York City also says he has written to Mr. Franklin and will advise James as soon as he hears from Will Crawford, Franklin's relative.
