Typed letter from James Rankin to Homer E. Britzman dated Feb. 20, 1939 states that Wright has contacted Britzman about the sale of his painting and that Rankin wants to know what is happening with the transaction between Britzman and Phil Weinard states as well as that the Montana Cowboy's Association is having its annual reunion; asks Britzman to get any information he can about the Charles M. Russell collections of Gary Cooper, Robert Montgomery, or Harry Cary.
