Typed four page letter from Charles M. Russell to 'Brother Van,' possibly Van Orsdell, dated 20 March 1918 talks about a meeting with Brother Van and states that he is sorry he cannot attend Van's birthday party. Letter includes short paragraph entitled, 'Bab's Ranch and Brother Van's Letter' and a section entitled 'A Sample of Brother Van's Yarns.'
